"This is Amanda Meier, not Bruce. As I work on behalf of my brother’s estate I’ve had horrible customer service from Mr. Malone and would highly recommend you seek insurance elsewhere. He was offensive, abrupt and flat out rude on numerous phone calls with him and even went so far as to deny it was him on the phone when I called him on his demeanor. I understand that he is just a salesman but God forbid he helps a person out when they are just seeking info regarding a claim. I will go out of my way to make sure people looking to get any kind of insurance steers clear of this jerk."

"I don’t recommend Sean and his team. Poor customer service, only interested in sales from my experience. We used them for a few years and it didn’t end well. They don’t answer their phones very often, and it’s difficult connecting to them directly unless you are interested in buying more coverage. I have had State Farm insurance for a long time, using various agents, and have had excellent service and advice from others. We are switching agents, as there are better options with State Farm."

"Sunshine and rainbows while taking our money, terrible experience after needed to use the service we paid for for years. I had been with SF for several years for Auto, Home, Renters, and Camper insurance. My wife made a mistake and even though we had separate auto policy’s they decision to drop both of us. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the situation and kept my Camper and Renters insurance through them. (We sold our home and planned to use them once our new home is built) fast forward to last summer and we had an issue with the awning in our camper. Turned it into insurance and got paid no problem. We since have moved our camper to a new seasonal site so we are filling out a new contract which we need or insurance policy for. Not thinking anything of it, I log into the application to find we have no insurance on our camper any longer. They dropped us without notice and I have yet to receive an answer to my email from Sean… terrible service, would not recommend."
